Compassion, Clarity & Evidence-Based Support

I am a Board-Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based support. With a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor's in Human Development & Education from Lesley College, I bring extensive experience in therapy, advocacy, and education to my work.

I bring over two decades of experience working with individuals and families to bring about lasting change. This experience spans my career in social services, advocacy, education and clinical therapy, giving me a unique perspective on supporting people to reach their goals, build resilience and thrive.

My services extend beyond traditional therapy. I offer professional coaching programs for individuals, small businesses, and corporations, creating customized strategies to enhance workplace harmony, strengthen communication, and resolve conflicts.

My approach is practical and results-oriented. I empower people to understand their strengths, build resilience, develop confidence, and gain the tools they need to succeed. Whether it's one-on-one coaching or leading a workshop for your organization, I'm here to help you create a positive and productive future.

Meet Milly! Milly is a gentle Cavapoo in training to become a therapy dog. She occasionally makes an appearance during virtual sessions and always brings a smile to clients who meet her! My hope is that she will eventually be able to support in-person work for those who enjoy a calm canine presence.

Who I Work With

I work with people who want to move beyond coping, past overwhelm and build a life that is meaningful, purposeful and manageable.

Anxiety is running the show

Racing thoughts, constant worry, or that knot in your stomach that never quite goes away. You're ready to stop just managing anxiety and start actually feeling calm.

Depression has you stuck

Low energy, lost motivation, disconnected from things you used to enjoy. You want to feel like yourself again — not just get through each day.

Your brain works differently

ADHD, OCD, or another condition makes traditional advice feel useless. You need strategies built for how your brain actually functions — not against it.

You're in transition

Major life change, addiction recovery, career shift, or rebuilding after everything fell apart. You need someone who gets it — without judgment — to help you move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy helps you understand the past, heal, and manage mental health, while coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you set goals, build strategies, and create systems for growth. I combine both approaches to tailor a plan that works for your brain, your life, and your goals.
Yes! I accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, and Point32 Healthcare through Headway. Yes! All sessions are conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows me to serve clients throughout Massachusetts from the comfort of their own space.
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me suspecting ADHD but without a formal diagnosis. I can help you understand your symptoms, explore whether an evaluation makes sense, and start building strategies immediately — regardless of diagnosis status.
Sessions are 50 minutes, collaborative, and conversational. We'll set goals together, explore what's working and what isn't, and build practical strategies you can implement immediately. I meet you where you are — no judgment, no pressure.
I serve clients throughout Massachusetts via secure telehealth, with a focus on the South Shore, Southeastern MA, and Cape Cod regions — including Wareham, Plymouth, Bourne, Marion, Mattapoisett, Falmouth, New Bedford, Fall River, and surrounding communities. You can use the contact form on this page, call me directly at (203) 660-0620, or book through my Headway profile. The free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Yes. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and depression using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy. Whether you're dealing with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, or persistent depression, I can help you develop coping strategies and work toward lasting change.
Yes, I provide therapy for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. I help clients understand their obsessions and compulsions, gradually face their fears, and break the cycle of anxiety-driven rituals. Virtual OCD therapy is available throughout Massachusetts.
Absolutely. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals dealing with burnout, imposter syndrome, and work-life imbalance. I combine counseling and coaching approaches to help you set boundaries, manage stress, and rebuild a sustainable relationship with work — without sacrificing your career goals.
Yes. I offer addiction and substance use counseling for individuals working toward recovery or managing their relationship with alcohol, drugs, or behavioral addictions. My approach is non-judgmental and focused on understanding the root causes while building practical strategies for lasting change.
ADHD therapy addresses the emotional and psychological aspects of ADHD — like anxiety, shame, and relationship struggles. ADHD coaching focuses on practical strategies for executive function, time management, and productivity. As both a licensed counselor and certified ADHD coach, I often combine both approaches for a comprehensive treatment plan.
Yes. Life transitions — whether it's a career change, divorce, loss, relocation, or rebuilding after burnout — can be overwhelming. I help clients navigate uncertainty, process grief, and rebuild a sense of direction. You don't have to figure it out alone.
Research consistently shows that online therapy (telehealth) is just as effective as in-person therapy for most mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. Many clients actually prefer the convenience and comfort of virtual sessions — no commute, no waiting room, and you can attend from anywhere in Massachusetts.
It depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some clients see significant progress in 8-12 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Coaching tends to be more short-term and goal-focused. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed — you're never locked into a set number of sessions.
